Our repair warranty
Every repair comes with our warranty, up to 12 months depending on the repair, and we test everything before you collect it.
Warranty periods for each repair
How long your warranty lasts depends on the type of repair:

Your warranty starts from the date we complete the repair. It covers faults with the replacement part itself, such as loss of touch sensitivity, dead pixels, or screen flickering or discolouration. It doesn't cover physical or water damage after the repair, or Face ID, Touch ID and in-screen fingerprint readers, which third-party parts can affect.

Refurbished device warranty (12 months)
Your refurbished device is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase shown on your receipt. If a covered fault occurs, we will, at our choice, repair the device, replace it with one of equal or better specification, or refund the purchase price. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Screen replacements come with up to 12 months' warranty, and batteries and small parts such as cameras and charge ports come with 3 months. Some repairs have a shorter warranty: second-hand parts and aftermarket screens on Samsung and Google Pixel phones have 30 days, and LCD screens fitted to OLED phones such as iPhones have 90 days. Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Just walk in during opening hours. If your model is less common, call or SMS ahead so we can check we have the part.
Will I lose my photos and data?
Screen, battery and charging port repairs normally don't touch your data, but there's a small chance data could be lost during any repair. Backing up first is a good idea where possible.
My phone fell in the water. What should I do?
Turn it off, don't charge it, and skip the rice. Bring it in as soon as you can. Salt water from the beach causes corrosion quickly, so the sooner we clean it, the better the chance of saving it.
Is it worth repairing an older phone?
Often, yes. A new battery or screen is usually far cheaper than a new phone. If a repair isn't worth it, we'll tell you honestly.
Do you sell phones and accessories?
Yes. We sell quality refurbished phones and tablets, plus some brand-new devices that come with the manufacturer's warranty. We also stock cases, screen protectors, charging cables and phone holders, and we fit all screen protectors in store for you.
