The parts we use. We fit genuine Samsung service packs where available, otherwise quality-tested aftermarket parts. For screens we strongly recommend a genuine Samsung service pack. We can fit an aftermarket screen on request, but it carries a 30-day warranty.
Our warranty. Genuine screen replacements come with up to 12 months' warranty, and aftermarket screens with 30 days. Batteries and small parts such as cameras and charge ports have 3 months. Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Often this is caused by dirt, sand or corrosion in the charging port. We'll clean or replace the port, depending on what we find.
How long does a Samsung repair take?
