The parts we use. We fit genuine service parts where available, otherwise quality-tested aftermarket parts. For screens we strongly recommend a genuine Pixel screen. We can fit an aftermarket screen on request, but it carries a 30-day warranty.
Our warranty. Genuine screen replacements come with up to 12 months' warranty, and aftermarket screens with 30 days. Batteries and small parts such as cameras and charge ports have 3 months. Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Yes. Parts for Fold models are usually ordered in, so call or SMS us first for a quote and timeframe.

Common parts are often in stock and fitted the same day. Ordered parts usually arrive within a few business days.
Does a Pixel battery replacement need the screen removed?
On many Pixel models, yes. The screen has to be removed to reach the battery, and that carries a risk to the screen. Please call or SMS 0412 456 161 with your model so we can confirm and explain the risk before you go ahead.
Why is my Pixel screen lifting up?
Usually the battery has swollen and is pushing the screen out. Stop charging the phone and bring it in. We replace the battery and, if needed, the screen.
Can you replace just the camera bar glass?
Usually, yes. If only the glass is cracked, we replace the glass. If the camera itself is damaged, we replace the camera module.
