Parts & warranty
The parts we use. We fit genuine service parts where available, otherwise quality-tested aftermarket parts. On standard iPads we can often replace just the glass, which keeps the cost down. We tell you which part your iPad needs before we start.
Our warranty. Screen replacements come with up to 12 months' warranty, and batteries and small parts such as cameras and charge ports with 3 months. Second-hand parts have 30 days. Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What's the difference between the glass and the LCD?
On standard iPads (5th gen through to the iPad A16), the glass (digitiser) and the LCD are separate parts. If only the glass is cracked and the picture still looks fine, only the glass needs replacing, which costs less. On iPad Air, Pro and mini models, the glass and display are joined and replaced together. LCD replacements for iPad Air and Pro start from $150.

Is it worth repairing a cracked iPad?
In most cases, yes. Replacing the glass or display is usually far cheaper than a new iPad. If a repair isn't worth it, we'll tell you honestly.
How long does an iPad repair take?
Charging port repairs are quick. Glass repairs take a little longer because the adhesive needs time to set. We'll give you a time when you drop it off.
